Our City Expert's Tips

The East Cape is one of the most scenic places to visit in all of Los Cabos. Extending northward from San Jose del Cabo, you will come across a host of beaches, many of which are deserted, including the well-known Cabo Pulmo reef, which is an ideal place to dive or snorkel. There are a sprinkling of hotels, restaurants and roadside places to buy snacks, but bring some with you in a cooler for those in-between stops at the beach.

Action/Adventure
Snorkeling and diving in Cabo Pulmo is one of the best in Baja. There are a couple of companies in the area that rent equipment.

Adult Escape
Spend a day and get away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo and explore the beauty and diversity of the East Cape. This is the old Baja-rugged, wild and full of hidden treasures.

Family Time
Rent a car and spend the entire day driving up the coast with the family. This is a very scenic area with deserted beaches and beautiful surf.
