Our City Expert's Tips

This legendary hotel has superb celebrity-spotting potential. If you're not staying here, the best way to spot famous faces is by enjoying a meal. Chances are greatest in the Polo Lounge (sit inside, not on the patio), but it's fairly formal and expensive. If you just want a snack or simple meal, head downstairs to the Fountain Coffee Shop, an old-fashioned soda fountain where you'll be sidling up to a curved Formica counter. Another good spot is the Cabana Club Cafe near the pool (open 10am-4pm only).
