A monument of modern popular culture and the history of television, the Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway has sparked the careers of little-known artists like The Beatles and Elvis Presley. Constructed in 1927 during the Roaring Twenties, the theater has been host to The Late Show with David Letterman, since 1993. Committed Letterman fans will want to get some tickets, which you can request online. Alternatively, starting at 11am on the day of the show, fans can call in and request stand-by tickets, which may or may not be available (directions are posted on the show's web site). If you know a Stupid Human Trick, even better.
