Our City Expert's Tips

This is one of the most popular family beaches of those accessible only by boat. Services such as beachside palapa restaurants and bars can make it a rollicking escape. When the water is rough, you will get wet jumping from the water taxi into the surf to disembark. Protect your camera, and wear the appropriate clothing.

Take it Easy
This popular beach offers palapa restaurants and bars; both can get quite crowded on weekends. Head east over the rocks to find an area that is a little more private. Just be aware that there are fewer services. Horseback rides and other excursions depart at regular intervals for those who want to do more than relax, eat, and drink.
