Carlos O'Brien's philosophy matches with that of many tourists who just want to have a good time. What is a family restaurant during the day suddenly drops all pretenses at night as the music pumps up many decibels to intrigue those night-clubbers into stepping into another world where Jell-O shots are de rigueur and beer comes in boot-size goblets.
