Description

Serving some of North Carolina's best barbecue since men wore hats and women sported beehives. And, you still might see both at one of these traditional Lexington-style barbecue joints, where the waitresses are almost guaranteed to call you 'Hon.' Allen and Son's wood-smoked, slow-cooked pork brings out flavors that will convert even the staunchest Yankee.
