Description
The Manitoba Historical Society (MHS) saved this century-old house in 1969, when it was slated for demolition. The MHS spent a half-million dollars for a meticulous restoration of the Queen Anne Revival home. With the exception of the gift shop, the restorers of this venue have been successful in portraying the style of an affluent Victorian household.
