Description

Kansas City's City Hall was built during the Great Depression and is a renowned example of art deco architecture. But its little-known feature is the view from the top. Take the elevator to the 28th floor and walk up two flights to the Observation Deck. From there you can look out in all directions for an unmatched views of the Kansas City area.
