Frequented by locals, this beach provides a relaxing ambiance for those who want to lounge in the sun, while also providing plenty of opportunity to work up a sweat. Kettle Cove is known for its trails, offering hiking, climbing on the scraggly rocks, and cross-country skiing in the winter. It's also a great place for boating and fishing. Once you've worked up an appetite playing on the beach and in the waves, grab dinner at one of the nearby restaurants and watch the sun disappear over the cove.
