Description

This gallery was established in 1973 by Joshua Mann Pailet. It is what the namesake describes, a gallery of photos. While every period and style is represented, the emphasis focuses on New Orleans and Southern history including contemporary culture as well as black culture and music. A wide range of artists display their quality photographs here, including Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Edward Curtis. And there are some books for sale.
