Located near the French Quarter, in the Garden District, the Columns Hotel is unlike any other; it is the last existing Italianate house designed by the famed Thomas Sully. Built in 1883, Sully engineered a true masterpiece in the style of an Italian Villa for Simon Hernsheim, the largest cigar manufacturer in the United States. You will certainly be charmed by the magnificent mahogany stairwell and the stunning stained glass skylight. After checking out the hotel, stop to mingle with the locals as the band starts to set up for the evening entertainment.
