Description

You'll be transported back in time when you visit the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation. The Alabama and Coushatta Indians are part of the southern forest tribes in the Big Thicket. Visitors to this 4,593.7-acre reservation can stop by the Alabama-Coushatta Cultural Center and the Living Village. There's also opportunities to explore the Big Thicket via tours and spend time camping, fishing, and swimming.
