Description

Hoo-Hoogam Ki means "house of those who were here and are now gone." Intimate and informal, the Hoo-Hoogam Ki Museum was founded in 1987 to honor veterans from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Its artifacts, neither numerous nor dramatic, tell the story of the Piipaash (Maricopa) and O'odham (Pima) tribes.
