Inspired architecture links former Ruelle des Fortifications heritage buildings together under a spectacular glass atrium. Accessed via the Square-Victoria Metro station, this lofty project houses the Inter-Continental Hotel, as well as boutiques, specialty shops, food court, bars, art galleries, and offices.
