Description
This gourmet chocolate factory is more than just a place to buy some of the freshest chocolates around. Visitors are invited to take a self-guided tour of the factory to get an insider's view of what goes into making their delicious confections. Afterwards, try a free sample and walk through the Botanical Cactus Gardens to view hundreds of cacti and succulents native to the region. Another one-of-a-kind attraction is Ethel M's "Living Machine," an on-site wastewater treatment system that recycles all of the factory's wastewater with the help of bacteria, algae, protozoa, snails, and fish, not chemicals.
