Description

One of the few Metropolitan District Commission parks easily accessible by the T, this wooded reservation is near the Chestnut Hill section of Newton adjacent to the Webster Conservation Area. The main attraction at the reservation is its pond, which is quite large with a scenic view. Hiking, fishing and rock climbing are some of the activities allowed in the park. The forest includes hiking trails and some large geological formations. Admission to the park is free.
