A 28 acre vineyard and winery located just above the village of Saratoga in the eastern Santa Cruz mountains, Cooper-Garrod Fine Estate Winery offers wine tasting, beautiful picnic spots, and an equestrian center. The winery specializes in Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Viognier wines, and also produces a signature blend called RV's Fine Claret, which is modeled after the Bordeaux style.
