Josef Kandoll W fell in love with Puerto Vallarta on a work trip there as a travel agent/travel writer 10 years ago. It would be easy to say the rest is history, but integrating into another culture with another language is anything but easy. Dedication and perseverance are just the basics, but over the years, he has created a stable place for himself in the local community after learning Spanish and becoming bilingual. He covers local events, art, culture, education, and more for numerous publications and websites both with camera and with pen in both English and Spanish.
